Since 1997, there have been coaches and players that were very instrumental in the rise of the minor league team in Dallas-Ft Worth know as the Diesel.

Players by like Jackie Bridges, William "Tiger" Townes, Terrence Randolph, Bernard Stiggers, Lorenzo Lilly, James Walton, Eric Harris, Jarvis Hardin, Cory Bennett, Joe Davis, Deon Murphy, Broderick Simpson, Artis Barnes, Kelly Yancey, Anthony Hayes, Oliver Williams, Lennon Stovall, Calvin Johnson, Kevin Hughes, Reggie Boyd, Charles Jenkins, Michael Roy, Clint Stewart and Jeffrey Dotie just to name a few.
